Viki and Alan have created a water oasis, literally! They are so knowledgable about filtration systems and the benefits of clean pure water & minerals. I love that you can pull your camper up and can get your tanks filled up with pure water! They also have a beautiful assortment of local crafts in their store, perfect for gift giving.

The staff at the Westside Water Store is amazing. When being on the road, it can be difficult to find places to fill up water and the Westside Water Store has been extremely easy to work with. If you are looking to fill up your RV or you are just looking for some high-quality H2O, I highly recommend you make a trip over to see the wonderful people on Mission Street.

Viki was a sweetheart and so knowledgeable! Such a friendly and fun place to get your water refills. Pure drinking water with minerals intact is so incredibly important for health and this place makes it simple to incorporate into my life. Great prices, customer service and lots of other little fun things in the store as well. Gifts, local goods, beautiful glass bottles etc. Wil now be a weekly trip to get my mineralized water for my family 🩷

Great place for all your water needs and for awesome local finds. The alkaline water tastes so good and we go in twice a week to fill up. Viki is so lovely and great to chat with every time I go into the store to refill my water. Definitely recommend checking the store out!

Van traveller, here. These folks are super kind and giving. At the time, of this review they were remodeling and plan to offer a food grade hose waterfill for Vans. RV's and trailers will struggle to fit in the parking lot.

Friendly local mom & pop, Westside Water Store provides the cleanest, best tasting, affordable water in Santa Cruz. Ive been getting my water at this convenient location since it opened in early 2025. Love this place! 💙💦🐬

We’ve been going to West Side Water in Santa Cruz since we moved here, and we absolutely love it. The water quality is great, and it’s become our go-to spot. We usually fill up five 5-gallon bottles at a time, and it’s always a smooth, easy experience. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been so friendly and welcoming every time we come in—it really makes a difference. We keep coming back and definitely recommend it!

Westside Water is hands down the best H2O in town! The water tastes amazing, and they have such a great selection of high-quality containers. The people and the service here are out of this world. Super sweet and helpful. It’s a great location for us, and they’re always able to give us the exact water we’re looking for, customized to the alkalinity we prefer. Thank you for filling up my bottles even when you were closed! I super appreciate it. I did a spa day party and used the blue glass spray bottle filled with 6.0 beauty water. Everyone loved it! It was refreshing and felt oh so good. Love all the local, healthy and special snacks you carry!

Blue zone is one of those hidden gems in Santa Cruz. You walk into a beautifully displayed array of local and organic products. The most important thing is the amazing hydrogen water that they supply. Vicki and Allen are wonderful Big hearted people serving our community Please stop in to see them. You can purchase a glass gallon bottle and they will fill it free of charge again and again With this amazing hydrogen water. They are easily located right on mission Street across from CVS Blue zone Waters, one of the best businesses in Santa Cruz♥️

This is such a great little family-run water store. Every time I go in everyone is so friendly and even give treats to my dogs. I’m a super active person, and this water not only tastes amazing but also helps hydrate me doing all the things I love. The water is also FREE. I can't believe the impact that the water has on me. I have chronic gut inflammation and my life has been a nightmare for many years. This water is better than antiacids or antidepressants, I feel cleansed deeply from the inside and I couldn't be more grateful. The lady at the front is also the kindest person in the world. Thank you for existing !
